(2) The lifting capacity element of the excavator hydraulic breaker is the machinery and equipment assembled on the excavator, so the lifting capacity of the excavator should be able to withstand the net weight of the hydraulic breaker. Otherwise, the excavator may be refreshed, so it cannot be used at work, posing a safety risk.

(3) The working pressure of the excavator is higher than that of the hydraulic hammer, so the hydraulic hammer can give full play to its best energy.

3. Precautions for hydraulic breaker

1. Appropriate speed

Because the hydraulic breaker has low requirements for pressure and data flow, the medium one-way throttle valve can work; if the large one-way throttle valve works, it is not easy to increase the striking force, and it will also cause the hydraulic oil temperature to rise abnormally. The hydraulic system software causes great harm;

2. Replace the sealing ring immediately.

The sealing ring is a spare part. When the hydraulic system software is damaged, it should be removed and replaced immediately, otherwise the hydraulic system software should be removed and replaced immediately. When installing the hydraulic breaker, the pipes should be sufficiently cleaned and the inlet and pump oil control loop circulation system should be connected to ensure the parts, frequency and total number of unsalted butter. If the grease is added under the suspension of the steel drilling tool, the grease will enter the pressure chamber, and the abnormally high pressure oil will enter the hydraulic system software and damage the hydraulic pump;

3. Adopt high-quality hydraulic breaker. Because the design, manufacture and testing of counterfeit and shoddy breakers are prone to problems, and the equipment has a high failure rate during use, which is more likely to lead to the destruction of the excavator;

4. Hydraulic residual oil and environmental pollution. Hydraulic oil contamination is one of the main factors leading to common failures of hydraulic pumps. Environmental contamination of hydraulic fluid should be determined immediately. Insufficient hydraulic oil can cause cavitation, leading to common failures of hydraulic pumps and contusion of the piston rod head of hydraulic breakers; Recommendation: Check the oil level daily before use.
